UeMeasControl parameter group controls handover in RNC. However i only find this group of commands once so i think this parameters are the same for all cells. How can i do to change this parameters for one particular cell?? thanks a lot

Thanks mate, i found that ones in UtranCell, but lets say for example if i want to change event 1a threshold. I havent found this parameter for just one specific cell.

You cannot. These parameters are specified at the RNC level so cover all cells.

yes..these are RNC specific parameters you are looking for and cannot be changed for a cell to cell basis.
