Actually i am handling new responsiblity of CDMA Also and i am not familar with BTS command and Parameter ..........?so i need Parameter description+mainly How to Work on TICLI+NETTERM+ETC..........

woo, it is a long story, ALU uses the command based for the whole systems, but the document from lucent (TAN series) is perfect, first you should ask for the account support from ALU and get the docs from this support website. another thing is the product CD, this is a very important reference resources.
my recommendation is:
1. study the TAN material first (i posted them on this forum, do a simple search, you will)
2. Using SPAT3G v4.9.x
3 Study LMT tool (R27 existed in this forum).

Hello Sir,
First thing its Here we are using lucent modcell 4 BTS,
Something i know like command 2131,cell;2130,op:alarm.etc...
Like these i need all commands description and how to resolve cdma RF Alarms.
+how to extract PN+NEIGHBOR+All other Data parameter.
By the way i am employe of alcatel-lucent and i have all the passwords.
Pl you share me material sir or web address.
