This code can be found by googling a bit. It was already posted on WFA as well.

Now... I would like to have access to all nonstandard data (like neighbour cells)
to Android application. Has anyone seen some description?
From googling around, it seems to me Erricson and HTC might be OK, but Samsung?

I think "Google Nexus S" which is produced by Samsung can show neighbors, so should other Samsung Android Device do it aswell.
