Looking for an experienced 3G RF Design Engineer for a project in Ghana. To be considered for this position you must have strong 3G experience with at least 8 years experience in design and planning activities. Candidates must have good knowledge and experience with E******* equipment, good Radio Network Planning, including: Nominal cell plan, site survey and candidate selection, special event design solutions. You must have experience with scrambling code preparation, statistics analysis and initial tuning recommendations, initial tuning reports and be able to make detailed BoQ and enter into Verdi.
