how to install these library ? No installation file inside !
I tried to Add library from Admin Task but failed. Any idea ?

these libraries are added,no installation is required

just goto admin > Document set manager
add new library
browse and add the zip which contains library.xml
here in our case it is "bsc_tcsm_rel_s12_v1_2007_03_14.zip"
to be added.it contains library.xml
and for version 3 , its "bsc_tcsm_rel_s12_v3_2007_06_22.zip" to be added.

Can u share me how to install NED in windows 7,

I cant make it work. evtime i try to import the library IE will give me back a msg "<title>Error</title><link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="css/ned5gui.css">Internal Error: Failed with an exception. Reason for the failure: The system cannot find the path specified"

However, there's no problem using win xp (i use vmware)

need suggestion from the expert and master here.
