u can delete it by upgrade your licence
may u see the licence for your node b
the sum of the CE harware is not same with the license(may be more then the license,u can upgrade license to used it all) :p

Yeah, I know it's a problem of license, but when I update the license, the alarm is not removed. I also check that the appropriate license with the required CE

i had see your file

from hardware in RBS i see
sum CE downlink = 128
sum CE uplink = 512

and the licence is capacity
for downlink = 512
for uplink = 512

and the alarm is
"DownlinkBaseBandPool_DlHwLessThanDlCapacity configuration"
in other word
hardware CE downlink < licence capacity for CE downlink

so the rbs give real problem
so u need to downgrade licence to licence CE downlink 128 (not recomended)
or
upgrade hardware to increase CE downlink to be 512 ( :p )

if low trafik u can chose to downgrade licence
btw this all need to discus with your RNP and your Project group

In te OSS I can see the traffic on site????
For example in the OSS y can see Drop.

at RBS or RNC to check
via OSS more better and more user friendly
or u can use Bussines Object

As I know, Emergency Unlock will remain appear after you initiate it for 7 days.
So just wait until 7 days.

Already 7 days spend and I also install license withing 7 days despite the alarm comes and I have such 176 sites in RNC which has emergency alarm. can u tell me how to remove it now????

Here are a couple of things you might try via moshell -

Check again your DL channel elements license vs actual (get nodebfunction=1).

Check and make sure no faults with TX boards (alt, st tx, lst plugin).

Check the logs make sure no one has changed the TX boards recently (lge, lga, lgn, etc).

Check the TXdevice group for the correct "numHsCodeResources". You will have to use alex for this, but some tx boards function differently depending on the type of Nodeb they are installed (3106, 3206, etc). Too many defined HS code resources "eat" remaining channel elements.

I had the same problem, here was the resolution:

Issue was a configuration mismatch with the TX board installed (TX6HS-03). This site is configured for 3 numHsCodeResources but this TX board only supports 1 for RBS 3106.

Once the field tech replaced with the correct TX board (TX6HS-06) the fault cleared.

You should order from E******* reset Emergency Licene LKF.

Its bcoz of your hardware capacity is less than licence capacity. Upgrade your hardware.

TX have few cards? And if you have more than one which is the slave? carrier how manyyou have?, with these data we know that HS and EUL settingsmaxNumADchReservation have to take your node b

I ask for the TX card model eg HSTX card-60 (TX6HS-06)

Usually CE DL = 128 is enough for most cases, sometimes even for 2 carriers since HSDPA doesn't consume this CE, so u may need just decrease license. But it's better to check utilization with counters.
