You need to be more specific because there's lots of diferent tests to do.
Whath do you expect from the tests.

The purpose of the test is to test data download in the DL.

From operator side it's better to make measurement in mobility, cause then you have more data related handovers...stationary measurements need if you want to make some special test for some parameter or you want to troubleshoot some problem on one or couple of cells...

I would suggest do both...select some capacity/data hotspot and perform stationary testing and also select a drive route for data throughput testing while mobile.

i suggest the flowing:

1. if you are doing benchmarking with other operater, then do data test same as voice test (

2. for 3 G, is suggest to do hotspot data test, and the test better in cell peak hour
