* Monitoring and analysis KPI as regular base and after all network activities.
* Functionality and configuration verification, drive test on each site after on air to verify the coverage; Parameter consistency check when site on air.
* RF and parameter optimization to reach the acceptance criteria; Technical Problem trouble shooting.
* Hardware installation quality checks and correct, adjust Node B reconfiguration, Antenna Bearing, Antenna Height and Location, Antenna system, Antenna tilt.
* To implement and perform Cluster Acceptance Test as per ATP requirements on time. Optimization is necessary if the KPI can’t meet the requirements.
* Any other tasks assigned by the reporting manager in line with the overall scope of work of the project
