Problem installing MAPINFO 10.5

Hi all,
I get the following error when I try to install Mapinfo v10.5.
"The configuration data for this product is corrupt. Please contact your support personnel"
Can any one help me of how could i rectify the issue?

I have installed the same medicated version of Mapinfo 10.5 and i didn't face any problem. Please try downloading the setup again as it may be corrupt...

Use tool : CLEAN UP of Microsoft

Uninstall Mapinfor older version

Reinstall Mapinfor 10.5

Required Office, .Net,...installed before.
