Siemens BSS Counters DUMP DOCUMENT

I need the document that will help me to decode & update database from the Siemens BSS Counter dump that is found in ASCII format. The File name starts with BR90 and has data like

I need to know the counter names. Eg in the line
BSS:21/SCANBSC:0 60 1 0 0 0 357
how to decode 0 is exactly what, 60 is what & so on.
