1. you have to wait 3 days to be official member.
2. you have to share some documents to increase your Reputation from 10 to 15.
3. while you are sharing documents, surfing inside the forum, writing replies to topics, people viewing your topics; you will gain credits. these credits allow you download attachments. each download spends 2 credits from your account.

all in all;
you have to be "ACTIVE" in the forum!
