Job Description :
§ Perform Radio Design, Initial Tuning, Network Optimization, including investigating network performance and issuing, discussing and/or implementing recommendations for network improvement
§ Should have proper knowledge about processes, methods and tools followed in E*******.
§ Network Design and Re-design depending on the traffic pattern
§ New site planning, interference checking, verifying LAC/BSIC/HSN and frequency plan
§ Network Optimization & Performance
§ Network Audit & Benchmarking& Drive Test log analysis and generate the recommendation.
§ E******* features and counters
§ Proper knowledge on MRR, FAS, FOX,NOX, NCS, CTR, MTR.
§ Strong knowledge in GPRS/EDGE
