Transmission Management is the leadership and management of all design, planning and operations functions on all transmission systems to agreed cost baseline and Customer Satisfaction. It is applicable to Mobile Networks and includes the role as Senior Transmission Manager includes the following major tasks:
• Organizational Leadership, Management , Org. Development & Employee Motivation
• Supports Business Development pre and during Operations
• Responsible for carrying out Managed Services in accordance with NSN processes/practices
• Responsible for Transmission Contractual Service Delivery SLA/KPI
• Responsible for Transmission Reporting
• Ensures Transmission Tools and development
• Ensures Transmission processes and procedures are enforced, regularly reviewed and updated
• Ensures Transmission systems operational performance
• Prime management level interface to Transmission subcontractors & 3rd parties
• Prime Customer liaison contact for escalated Transmission matters
