E******* 3G Optimisation Engineer required with P7 experience for a long term contract. The ideal candidate must have experience with Optimization tools such as GPEH, UETR, Nexplorer and Tems Investigation. Statistical data analysis, ie comprehensive knowledge in statistics and counters. Utran Neighbor optimization and IRAT performance improvement.
