buddies i dont the same to BSC6000. i wil try to arrange for the same from R&D. in between u can try to realte the same with BSC6000.

what tou have to do is put input parameter like target qual, level & adjustment & protection factors..then u need to look at the simulations . mobile behaive in field as per these simulations..it wil power up & down in th esame manner as given by the output of this excel sheet...one more thing value which we have set in our nw are far better than the recomended by Huawei....if any one need it i can give those values tooo..cheers.. we are able to reduce MS output power to 5dBm which id very low & helps in reducing noise floor..
