2G/3G Optimisation from analysis to reporting

I have started this new thread to extend Salina's Idea (whom I thank deeply ) consisting of sharing useful docs about Optimization starting from analysis, troubleshooting , finding solution and reporting.

But to let every one benefits from this thread I have set Some rules:p :

For Posters : if the attachment is password protected the Pass must appear in the post or in the default password collection.

a summary or brief description must be provided to not drain viewers credit unless they need to.

For viewers : if you find the doc useful add reps and thx to encourage posters share more. (:D the number of views # number of reps )

For junior members : they have to send Private Message to the poster to provide a public link if he wants to.(:o meanwhile try to share to become members)

And finally I want to thank you in advance
