Hello,
I need help in one issue about HO.
The HO issue is between two cells mainly single directional. The two cells are in two different BSCs. One cell is in under E******* and another is in Huawei. Our network is 2G.
My problem is from E******* cell to Huawei cell. I need quick HO from the E******* cell to the Huawei cell before the Rx level of the E cell become bad. It's better to say that the E******* cell is a MBC cell & in our network, 1800 cell gets higher priority and the Huawei cell is a micro cell.
Now tell me which parameter should I need to be changed for quicker HO & why??
I have the following parameters:
KHYST 3 KOFFSETP 0 LHYST 3 LOFFSETP 0 TRHYST 2 TROFFSETP 0 AWOFFSET 5 BQOFFSET 3 HIHYST 5 LOHYST 3 OFFSETP 0 BQOFFSETAFR 3
