Hi friends
i m facing a issue that ,my TEMS kit not detecting handset on tems tools although handset showing charging sign as connectivity.pls help me or give sagggetion

change your data cable,

there is four cable with your data cable, if one of them is loose or not properly connected its charging but not detected in TEMS. check it..

thanks for response i have repaired my OS , now it working fine .....probably some program file were deleted
