UMTS QOS - real implementation

Hello

Does anyone has information or document describing the QoS implementation on RNC or GGSN?

I mean describing what mechanism trigger them and how they are implemented, to assess how they really work, something more than the standard documents. For example, if it is set Maximum BW to 7Mbps what implies in RNC or GGSN, they reserve buffers for user or they have different Queuing system, etc.
