German company, they do a lot of network benchmarking through drive testing. They have a good name and a few big name clients..

They also do lot of radio optimization projects at different operators all over the Europe and not only just like consultant projects. If you try them you will have big chance to change at some other operator after that. I've heard only good things for P3. They are similar to Commsquare if you heard them.
