Can anyone help me out where can I get the parameter definition, uses, description of E******* 2G Cell parameters???

I badly need to know.

I extracted the Cell level parameter values of one BSC from CDD file through EXERT. I don't know the description of the parameters, their default values, how can I change them etc...

Well, you can use CDD help or CDD doc

Everything is in ALEX documentation. I think you can find it here somewhere, just search for ALEX(2G) and choose your revision.There you will find all parameters def./recomm values, feature descriptions etc..

But I can not find the exact solution, I think I don't know where to find that.

suppose, I need to know a parameter description like "BSPWRB" it's a power related parameter of a cell. I need know that, where can I find that particular parameter description in Alex???

i think you're missing BSS library on your ALEX that's why you can't view what you're looking for. What BSC version do you have now?
