Export from tems logs to MapInfo tab file parametrs :
1.TA
2.DCCH
3.TCH
4.RX lev full or sub

Open file in mapinfo and create thematic map for RX Lev , and make lebels for all other parametrs

It's easy to export as your picture that you've posted. Open label in Mapinfo and type: "TA = "+TA+";BCCH = "+BCCH+";TCH = "+TCH+";RX lev SubdBm = "+RXlevSubdBm
