it is a timer. Let consider u r talking with some one and moving...in where of talking u have got voice break up..bad quality ... what do u do? If RLINKT is higher call will continue until u end it whereas if RLINKT is low whenever bad qaulity will appear call will be drops automatically and that will effect in ur drop calls list

If RLINKT is up.. call drop reduce and site performace will show good....
and vice versa...

When you increase RLINKT,RLINKUP parameters, your drops reduce.. but there might be bad quality disconnection or badss disconnection increase.. you have to find balance value..

RLINKT,RLINKUP default values are 16.. we use 20..
