Quality Assurance Manager/QA Manager required for Global Telecommunications Company in Europe.
For this new and exciting position we require a German speaker with experience in QA. Your role will include the following:
• Setting up the quality control methodology for the project team;
• Define and maintain the detailed QA plan including Processes, Tools and Metrics
• Perform QA checks, lessons learned sessions with all streams and assure documentation
• Gather overall QA status, from all development teams and report according to the Governance and Risk Management Strategy
• Develop QA improvement plans
• Assure E2E quality across all program streams
• Monitoring and controlling the quality of deliverables of individual teams to assure they can meet or exceed the criteria specified for them.
• Maintain the Risk Management Strategy and assure risk management in line strategy
For this position we require the following:
• Project and target driven, 10 years and above BSS/IT program/project QA experience.
• Excellent management skills and good motivator
• Strong Quality/standard knowledge; -ISO/SOX/PCI/PCA, etc
• Fluent communication in English and German
