here is the one document regarding the GSM-R planning. It is a guidelines document for one exact project in one of the Nordic European countries. Might serve as overview document or tender document if needed to someone.

Based on cdmauser request, here is GMR-R transmission planning guidelines for the same project. As I said, it was planned for one of the Nordic European countries so you will find some exact data in the tables in the end of the document.
