i'd like to know what is the difference between below commands in Huawei BSC6900 to change BA2 list from automatic to manual

SET GCELLHO2GBA2: IDTYPE=BYID, CELLID=0, CELL2GBA2TAG=MANU, ITEM=22, ITEMVALID=TRUE, CELL2GBA2BCCH=33;
