Guys, software license from 3.8 - working for 4.0 also (it started, no warning).

At the and ı can see working environment :D lol...
But it brings me second problem ,that is ı cant start new project...it noticed me like that, I think problem occur because of non exist database?Who can tell meaning of this warning message ...

ERR - Error message: Error Code = 80004005, Code meaning = Belirtilmemiş hata, Source = Microsoft JET Database Engine, Description = İşlem, güncelleştirilebilir sorgu kullanmalıdır.
