ok,i have been try it.i want to display the "C/I" for tems-gsm log.then the windows is appear,but it's null, no "C/I" not at all.

anyone explain it for me? thanks

Which version of TEMS are you using? In the past we had the same problem. As I remember, it was working with February Actix version and TEMS 9.
Then You can try direct text export export from TEMS to check if the required info "C/I" is logged. ;)
