I read a material regarding Node B.

What does it mean by, it can support "12 sector/carriers" ?

You are able to have on a single physical radio channel 12 traffic channel. Each of these channels are using different scrabling code. Number of 12 is related to the output amplifier power in the case when you analyze single, isolated, cell. That is the the point of that information... It does not take into account limited number of scrambling codes or any interference issues.
