Try to look for the thread of TEMS for the lock ID , you can get license with no dongle. Or I will make one for you , use the echoid and check only disk ID and ethernet address and old style.

Give me the selector and code. I will give you an unlimited lic.

Old style option is not selectable in locking data. How ever i am sending you code in PM.(only Disk ID and Ethernet Address checked). Waiting for your reply. It will be kind of you if you post the rest process of enabling license here. :)

I experienced a prompt like this, " Missing File or Corrupt file" with this rar file you shared.

Is there any way we could eliminate this error?

I'm using XP SP2.Even if I reset my Laptop, it shows above prompt message.

from my experience, the log you want to load into Actix is not supported by your Actix license or not supported by Actix Release.

Better is to check your log if it is supported by Actix or not (log format list by release). If that is fine, you should check your Actix license if it support your log format.

The log I used came from Agilent v16.Using original dongle from the company.

I used the rar file to Actix version 233.

How come will not this actix version supports Agilent v16 logs?

You should do check if your license file support the log you loaded.
