Connect GPS bluetooth LD-3W to TEMS Investigation 8.0.3

I have GPS Bluetooth LD-3W but can not connect in TI 8.0.3. :confused:
I tried connect as http://www.ascom.com/en/tems_investigation_8.2.5_release_note.pdf

but unsuccessfully.

Pls help me !!

hi,
try below steps,
1.start TI data collection
2.turn on your bluetooth module
3.paired gps ld-3w by giving da passcode
4.goto equipment & config press refresh,gps will connect automatically..:)

I made as your steps you guided but it only blink in configuration-->equipment when i click refresh and it is disappeared after:L

Which TI you can connect to LD-3W ? TI8.0 or TI 9.x ?:confused:

Tested & works fine in tems 8.0, 8.2 and also in TI 10.0 (no test in TI9.x :( )
tell me which kind of pc/laptop + os are you using..
if gps list in device manager, add its port manually to TI as Nmea 0183.
when pairing gps, do not chose auto connect from pc bluetooth module, it has to be connect via TI after pressing connect all button.

I m using XP and laptop HP6530s, TI is 8.0.3

I tried on TI 9.1, LD-3W appeared in Configuaration--> Equipment but no license, so its color is red and no connect

In TI 8.0.3, LD-3W didn't appear in Configuaration--> Equipment :L:L

I could connect to LD-3W with TI 10.0. However, the position don't have anything. Pls see the attached file
Maybe TI10 which I used was invalid.
