W995 works from TEMS 10.0.3 officialy, but depending on the phone firmware you will probably need 10.0.5

Try to install TEMS 10 or higher then copy the UEDescription.xml and replace it in your TEMS 9.1 . I know it will work. Sample UEDescription.xml from TIG9.1

TI 9.1 could detect W995 automactically and connected/auto call successful by replacing this UEdescription.xml. But now my TI 9.1 doesnt detect K800i. Any advise?

I've made change in this UEDescription.xml and now this works fine with both K800i and W995 phones.

I've tested TI 9.1 could detect the phones automatically and connect/make autocall OK.

replace UEdescription.xml in Application folder, default: C:\Program Files\E*******\TEMS Products\TEMS Investigation\Application

could you make UEdescription for 9.x , which supports old SE T610 ( not supported from Tems 8.1 above ? I've try to add tems dual cable script from 8.1 to 8.2 and 9 , but no success.

Is there any TI 10.0.3 med shared here? I haven't found (maybe I'm missed)
I tried the TI 9.1 with UEDescription by telwind. My w995 tems is detected, but it can not connected.
