E******* 3G-3G & 3G-2G Neighbor Template

Hi i need template for E******* WCDMA Neighbor definition. I will really appreciate t if any one can post it. .

Dear Adeel,

As far as I know based on E******* tools you can either define the neighbors using the TCP which is not recommended, or define them based on MCOM tolls which is better and accurate one.

As per my knowledge E******* have excel macro that can create the neighbors,

In our network we define the neighbors manually and checked them later using the MCOM tools.

Thanks for the reply sir, i want to take a look at the the final script thats run for site with all its data and neighbors relations defined.. Can you post an example.
