difference between RND and RNP

Dear Guys,

Anybody knows what are the difference in terms of job scope between these three position

1) RND (Radio Network Designer)

2) RNP (Radio NEtwork Planner)

RNP engineer does the network planning in terms of no of sites...coverage hole etc...

RND engineer are RNP experts with additional task such as capex planning link budgeting...etc much more in the details
