Connect Failed on TEMS Investigation 9.1

it Should not be....connection failed comes when no connection between ms and tems.... Please check cable and your PC ports properly.

try to disconnect your phone, then close the program. then restart it and try to connect again if it would help. also check the driver is installed or not.

Sometimes when you use "Connect All" button some devices gives failure (at least that is what happens to me from time to time). One way is to connect only this device with "Connect" button (works from the second or third tiome sometimes). If you disconnect all equipment and use "Connect All" the problematic phone will work (generally works when you have more than one device).

Of course telwind sugestion is also good but it takse more time :)

yes...we should have firmware for Phone...but not for modem such as Siera wireless aircard 885:)

just have a try restart your software or reconnection your phone！
