G-NetLook v3.0 Cell, Neighbors and KPI visualizer with Google Earth

This is cell data, KPI and neighbor relations visualization tool. It requires Microsoft.NET Framework and Google Earth plugin installed.

How to use:
1. Unrar the files into the folder
2. Replace the data in cellexport.txt and neiexport.txt with your own
3. Start program, wait for Google Earth plugin to load and hit "Load Data" button
4. Wait for the data to be loaded.
5. Input the cellid in search box, select 3G/2G technology and hit "Search button" - The cell will be shown and with 2G2G, 3G3G, 2G3G, 3G2G controls you can display different types of neighbors for this cell
6. The outgoing relations are displayed with white thick line. Incoming relations are displayed with thin green line
7. Select required parameter for thematic maps and press "Thematic" button
8. The thematic maps ranges are automatic. There are three ranges (Good-Green, Normal-Yellow and Bad-Red.
If the column header has SETUP, SSR, SUCCESS or AVAILABILITY in it then the ranges are
0, 98 - bad
98, 99.5 - normal
99.5, 100 - good

If the column header has FAIL, DROP, CONGESTION in it then the ranges are
0, 0.5 - good
0.5, 1 - normal
1, 100 - bad
Otherwise the ranges are equally distributed



You can add whatever columns you want in the cellexport file and you can make thematic maps on them.

A new problem is that Load Data button is not active for me! After GE loaded, i wait for several minutes and still load data button is grey (not accessible). Is any problem with G-Netlook V.3?

why txt not exl format?

I wanted to keep it simple and universal. Tab delimited text file is, while with xls there are differences in different Excel versions.
Also you can always open tab delimited text file with Excel, edit it in Excel and save it as tab delimited txt file.

I have used both the 32-bit and 64 bit but still iam having the same problem error msg even after installing .net-4 and replacing the ddl is not helping me is there any other work to be done

Plesae can some one verify which OS or 3rd party are tools required to run this app, I have installed GE plugin, changed the .dll file, running 32bit exe and still the load data button is greyed out, tried on vista and win7
