Hi zeuscane, I don't think that "Bad post" is the right word to thank somebody who made a big effort to brought you such valuable reference. Just think about how much that book costs and the effort I gave to scan those pages before you spell whatever. A very easy rule for you will be: don't spend your time download this material.
