1st: password protected files are VERY much prohibited in this forum for such documents...... (terms n conditions applied-check them out!)

2nd: the book's content is not searchable, i don't have that much of processing power on my pc for OCR stuff....BUT STILL OK;)

3rd: here's the entire book COMBINED...without the burden of downloading chapter by chapter.

4th: the book size is fairly large, around 37MB, as source files are large
