Since i have received numerous warnnings on my files protected with passwords that it is against finetopix policy to protecte files with passwords i have decided not to post any files or documents anymore.

The Scrambling Code Planning feature allows you to determine the initial Scrambling Code (SC) configuration for planned cells and also to optimize the Scrambling Code configuration in a network cluster.

I do respect rules, thing is file is posted outside Finetopix on public server and that is the why i cannot disclose password publicly.
