When to implement MIMO on HSPA Cell?

Hi Friends,

I have multiple cells with HSDPA- 64QAM implemented. Now I have to put MIMO on some cells? How can I find best candidates for MIMO implementation? I mean which counters to refer for that?

I guess criteria you have used for 64 QAM implementation was hspa traffic.
From the list you could select those cells reporting low average CQI if you have that counter. I am suggesting that because 64 QAM allows for good throughput only for very high CQIs - 28,29 & 30. MIMO should perform better on such cells.
