TCC Activated cell and bad HO relation

Hi Friends,


1.Suppose you got responsibility of a new BSC .How you can find all the cells which TCC is activated on that cells?

By which command we can understand TCC is activated?


2.In this case of BSC responsibility how we can find the relations which most affected Handover success rate degradation?

1. No command on BSC for understand TCC is activated (TCC made by cables on RBS and BSC don't see these cables :)). But you can find it indirectly: TRX 0;2;4; etc... and BSPWR 47 not 45, band 1800, for instance.
