HSDPA peak data rate=(3.84 Mcps/16chips) x (4 bits/symbol) x (15 HS-PDSCH) = 14.4 Mbps

HSUPA peak data rate=2 x SF2 + 2 x SF4
=2 x (3.84/2) + 2 x (3.84/4) = 5.76 Mbps

Hi

This is correct

2 * SF4 will give out a speed of 1.44 HSUPA

when we upgrade from 2 * SF2 to 2SF*2 + 2*SF 4

we will get out a speed of 5.76 as toltal throughput of HSUPA and maximum in WCDMA technology

The upgrade is done using Node B LMT by connecting to BTS and upgrade the license ..RNC license is also required

As optimizers we need more speed due to customer requirements.
