Actix shows no C/I, FER features with TEMS logs

Dear all members,

I am going to use Actix to check the log by TEMS 9.0.4/K800i for some factors effecting to the voice quality in GSM network like C/I, FER but couldnt find them. I replayed in TEMS and exported to text fileand found the above mentioned factors still are presented.

I checked a sample nemo log and Actix can show the above factors. Anyone know why Actix limited or some other reasons? Very appreciated for help.

Check Actix --> Tools --> Preferences --> TEMS --> Predefined mappings for this:

I think this could help you:

You have possibility to predefined mapping from TEMS. Please, go to Tools - Preferences - TEMS - Predefined Mapping there choose parameter which you want to see in Actix. Close log file and reload it again. Selected parameters will be visible in category TEMS.

its really useful , but i 2G Timing Advance (TA) value , that i did not find in list, can any one support me, how to find out

Check queries on GSM or histograms at logfile and you will see a TA report there.

this is a common problem in ACTIX, you can export your log file in TEMS as FMT(text) file and opening this new format in ACTIX such as regular log files. don't forget to export latitude and longitude.

I have the same issue.
I'm using Actix to analyse log TEMS 14.6/Sony e******* arc S.
I try:
Check Actix --> Tools --> Preferences --> TEMS --> Predefined mappings

But i can t find Predefined mappings.

I need your help.
