In e*******,Using tems investigation tools how can we Find wcdma neighbours for GSM(2G) cells and vice versa.

When you are in GSM Mode, look for "Measuremente Information" message in signalling. There you can find '3g neighbour cell description'

And when in WCDMA in CELL_DCH state, just before going to GSM, network sends a "Measurement Control" message with 2G Neighbour info. You have to look for "interRatMeasurements" and after that UE enters the compress mode.
