how to create H/O in wcdma for GSM and wcdma neighbours using citrix oss in e*******.I also want manual og e******* wcdma oss.

For WCDMA-->WCDMA

*Open OSS Common explorer. You should see atleast 3 windows, Topology, Content and Selection list.
*Under Topology, there is a drop down box. Select WCDMA and you will get a list of RNC's. Select your RNC and select the cell. You will see the sectors that belong to the cell on the content list.
*Now drag the source from the content list and drop it into the selection list.
*Goto target the same way and drag and drop in selection list.
*Now in selection list, use the CNTRL key and select both the source and target, right click and you will see "relations". Under relations, click on auto-configure Utran relation. Thats it..WCDMA neighbor is added.

Note that to remove cells from the selection list, select the cells and click REMOVE. Donot click DELETE.

For add IRAT-

*Select your WCDMA cell and drag it to selection list.
*On topology, select external PLMN. Select the GSM PLMN that belongs to your target IRAT cell's MNC_MCC_LAC..select the cell and drag it to selection list.
*Select both cells and right click add "auto configure GSM relation"

You also need to add the scrambling codes on your GSM side. To do this, you need to log into your GSM BSC and type in these..

RLUMC:CELL=xxxA,UMFI=Frequency-PSC-NODIV,ADD;

Alternately, you can also run a script through CNA to add neighbors which is much more quicker.

Hope this helps.
