EcNo to CQI mapping

Can somebody provide a mapping from EcNo/EbNo (R99) to CQI (HSDPA)?
Similar to RxQual to C/I mapping in GSM.
In vendors documentation it is not written clear enough.

Hi, the CQI derivation is proprietary in the UE and is not standardised in the specs. Hence such a table does not exist..
