It depend... where exactlly you are going to do the DT in Lagos? as some areas are ok for foreigner to work there while others are not. I worked before in Lagos so I can help you here....:D

Lagos is very safe to the best of my knowledge, however, i could link you to a friend or two that are radio optimizers working for ALU and HUAWEI............thats the least i could do for a fellow Finetopix member
