connecting k800 with tems problem

my tems detect the DC and MS , but when I press "connect all" only the DC turn green , the MS stays red and a massage pop up saying "connect failed"

uninstall ur dongle, restart ur tems and try connection again.
By the way what version of tems are u using?
You can also read read ur dongle.
If problem persist reinstall ur tems.

I hope that your K800 is TEMS Phone not usual phone.
