this doc is for commissionning, but that im looking for is the steps for dbs3900 configuration in the bsc(6000 for exmp) so if you have this doc please share it and thanks for the other doc is very useful also

In 2G: Normal, BTS will config from BSC6000. i have some Docs for BSC600.
and you show for specific doc that you need.

In 3G: Have some way to commissioning DBS (from BSC6810 (RNC) or from self DBS) and my docs show this
