Activating Netmon Features of New Nokia Phones

Does any one know how to or has a software that will activate Netmon feature of Trace ports of newr Nokia phones like N80, N95, 6230 etc so that they can be used as Test Phone pf drive test?

I think so for simple drive test you can use celltrack this one free from some web sites search in the web.

I search the firmware than can connect to agilent for many years,but no answer :(
